- APO/FPO orders may require up to 3 business days to process and ship. Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations in 1 to 3 weeks.
- Credit Cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted, however, we must be able to verify both the billing and shipping address prior to shipping your order.
- FREE SHIPPING does apply to APO/FPO orders, however the method of shipping is the slowest method possible. If you are looking to get something faster look at paying the extra money for Priority Mail. But feel free to contact us on insuring that you get the product you want in the time that you want it.

Note: All paintball markers with a value over 100 dollars must be shipped DHL Express. With delivery time being roughlt 2 business days, with no brokerage fees. You are still responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
Most shipments are delivered to Canadian destinations in 2-14 business days from date of order, depending upon the shipping method.
NOTE: Shipping charges to Canada shown on our site do not include GST, PST, brokerage fees or any other duties, taxes, or fees which may be applicable and are due at time of delivery. All DHL and UPS Express shipments have all brokerage fees waived.

Brokerage Fees/ Duties/ Taxes
- There may be additional charges due at the time of delivery for your international order. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country.
- All fees due at the time of delivery are the customer's sole responsibility.
- If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees due, the shipping carrier will return the package to FirstCall Paintball. The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping carrier charges us, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard 20% restocking fee charged on all returns for credit.
- If the fees are more than the amount of the refund, the difference will be charged to your card upon receipt of the package.
- If you refuse to pay the fees at the request of shipping carrier or the Customs Broker and they still deliver the package, FirstCall Paintball will hold you responsible for any fees we incur for your package. By accepting a package without paying all duties and taxes you are authorizing FirstCall Paintball to charge the credit card you used to place the original order for the exact amount for any fees the shipping company deflected back to us.
Please note that since these fees are non-refundable we will not be able to refund them to you for ANY reason.
